In the morning of December 18th,
2015, in Hai Phong, the PPA in collaboration with Hai Phong City Public
Security held the Conference: “Improving the efficiency of residence and
national data management on population to ensure security, social order and
safety in Hai Phong City.”

On
December 22nd, 2105, the PPA in collaboration with the National
Traffic Safety Committee, Traffic Police Department, Global Road Traffic
Partnership (GRSP) in Vietnam held a conference to summarize the training on
improving efficiency of patrol, control and handling of alcohol concentration
violations for drivers of roadway motor vehicles in Vietnam.

On December 24th, 2015, the PPA solemnly
held the inauguration ceremony of the Tay Nguyen Communal House at the cultural
work area of the Academy, under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General, Prof.
Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA.

Following
the tradition of gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolution and
supporting for the poor families, on December 17th, 2015, the PPA,
the 19/8 Hospital of the MPS in coordination with the Hoa Binh Provincial
Public Security, Tan Lac District People's Committee, Tan Lac District Public
Security visited and presented gifts to the families and organized the health examination, treatment consulting and free medicine distribution for
the disadvantaged families in Phu Cuong Commune - Tan Lac District - Hoa Binh
Province.

studying at the PPA at the 71st
Anniversary of the establishment of the People's Army of Vietnam (December 22nd, 1944 - December 22nd,
2015) and 26 years of the whole people defence movement (December

2015) taken place on December 18th, 2015 in the PPA.

On December 17th, 2015, the PPA solemnly held the
Closing Ceremony of training course on the knowledge and skills of leadership
and management for the public security training institutions in 2015.

On December 15th, in the Headquarters
of Public Security Department of Tien Giang Province, the National Committee for
Traffic Safety in cooperation with the PPA, the Traffic Police Department - MPS,
the Vietnamese Inland Waterway
Administration organized the Scientific Conference "Improving the efficiency
of ensuring inland waterway traffic order and safety in Eastern and Southwest
Provinces."

Continuing the project
"Strengthening of English language capacity for Vietnamese police
force" from February, 2015 supported by the US Embassy in Hanoi, on
December 14th, 2015, Major General, Assoc.Prof Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice
President of the PPA had a meeting with the partners of the US Embassy in Hanoi
led by Mr. Rex Roberson, Director of International Narcotics and Law
Enforcement (INL) in Bangkok, Thailand and Diane Michele Millar, Director of
the Regions English Language Office (RELO), leaders of International
Cooperation Department, Faculty of Foreign Languages and the English lecturers
used to participating in the training courses on building the English language training
program in March, 2015.

On December 17th, 2015, under the
consent of the PPA’s Directorate Board, the PPA officer delegation led by
Colonel Nguyen Van Ngoc, Director of the Center of Archives and Library donated
200 books to the Library of MPS. The Centre of Archives and Library is the
first departments in response to the campaign on supporting and donating books
to the Library of MPS.

On December 13th,2015, at the
Meeting-Hall of the People's Committee of Co Nhue ward, the Youth Union of Co
Nhue ward together with PPA, the University of Mining and Geology organized the
"Blood Donation Program" attracting the participation of a large
number of the youth union members and people
living and working in Co Nhue ward.

took a voluntary trip to present the gift to Ngo Thi Thuy - an excellent pupil in
disadvantage circumstance in Chinh Tam Commune, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province.

10th, at the PPA, the Central Theoretical Council in collaboration
with the Ministry of Science and Technology held the National Acceptance Meeting
of scientific research project on "Ensuring the social order and safety in
the new situation". Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President
of the PPA - the chairman of the research project.

At the invitation of the University of Moscow - the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the consent of Vietnam Ministry of Public Security’s Leaders,Major General, Asooc.Prof.Dr. Dang Xuan Khang,Vice President of the PPA led a delegation to visit and work with the University of Moscow – the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs from November 16th to 19th ,2015. While working in the Russian Federation, the PPA Delegation had many practical and effective activities.
