New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis researches in issues of activities of Criminal Police force in investigating gambling, gambling organization in type of football betting using the Internet.

2. On the basis of reasearch, according to the function of Criminal Police force, the thesis has systematically built up theories of gambling, gambling organization in type of football betting using Internet: Concept, characteristis, legal basis, issues to be proved, measure and coordination between Criminal Police Force and other forces in investigating this type of crime.

3. The thesis has surveyed, researched and comprehensively assessed the practice of investigating gambling, gambling organization in type of football betting using the Internet of Criminal Police Force, such as: relevant socio-economic characteristics, the situation, criminal characteristics of gambling, gambling organization in type of football betting using internet; analyze and assess the reality of force organization and, investigation of gambling, gambling organization according to the function of Criminal Police Force. On that basis, the thesis evaluates the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of this limitations and shortcomings of the Criminal Police Force in investigating this type of crime.

4. On the basis of survey and evaluation results, the thesis has proposed to build a system of solutions to improve the effectiveness of investigation of gambling, gambling organization in type of football betting using the Internet, ensuring the logic, comprehensiveness, consistency and feasibility, in accordance with the practical activities of Criminal Police Force.
