New contributions of the thesis:

The thesis is a systematic and comprehensive science project on reconnaissance operation of cyber police force in preventing and suppressing cybercrime.

1. The thesis has analysed and systematized to clarification the research’s situation as well as theoretical issues regarding research’s area, including: Overview of research’s situation; Knowledge of cybercrime: the definition of cybercrime; the legal characteristics of cybercrime; theoretical knowledge of reconnaissance operation in preventing and suppressing cybercrime.

2. Surveying and making scientific conclusion about relevant situation of reconnaissance operation in preventing and combating cybercrime and the actual activities situation of reconnaissance operation in cybercrime prevention and suppression. Besides, this thesis has identified the achieved results, the shortcomings and also mentioned the basically causes of shortcomings of reconnaissance operation in preventing and suppressing cybercrime.

3. Based on theoretical and practical real situation of reconnaissance operation in cybercrime prevention and suppression of cyber police force, the thesis has studied and analysed and make scientific forecasts on research issue also proposed 9 solutions to improve the efficiency of this activity in the coming time.
