New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis has focused on researching and analyzing some typical domestic and foreign scientific works related to the examination of the burglary crime scene in criminal investigation of the Forensic Science force. Thereby, it has identified the problems that need to be studied and solved in the thesis.  

2. The thesis has contributed to building and supplementing the system of reasoning on the examination of the burglary crime scene in criminal investigations, such as: Concept, meaning, legal basis, content, method, means of conducting and coordinating relations in examination of the burglary crime scene.  

3. The thesis has conducted an objective and comprehensive survey of the relevant situation and the status of the examination of burglary crime scene in criminal investigation of the Forensic Science force, from 2009 to the end of 2018. Since then, the thesis has made comments and evaluations on the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of limitations and shortcomings in examination of burglary crime scene in criminal investigation of the Forensic Science force. 

4. On the basis of forecasting the situation of factors affecting the examination of burglary crime scene in criminal investigation, the thesis proposes some solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of examination of burglary crime scene in criminal investigation of the Forensic Science force in the coming time. 

The results of the thesis research can be used in research, teaching, compiling textbooks, references in the police training institutions.
