New contributions of the thesis:
1. The dissertation has analyzed and clarified the system of basic theoretical issues such as: the definition and legal characteristics of the criminal who intentionally causes injury; the definition and characteristics of the accused in the case of intentional injury inflection in terms of legal science.
2. On that basis, the dissertation focuses on the definition, characteristics and mission of interrogating the accused, analyzes the basic features and the order of interrogating the accused during the investigation of intentional injury inflection, then create specific situations and tactics for resolving each of these situations; the leadership, the guidance and the coordination relationship between the Investigation Agency and other forces to support the process of interrogating the accused during the investigation of intentional injury inflection.
3. In the dissertation, a study about Hanoi Investigative Police Agency’s situation of using the interrogation methods during the investigation of intentional injury inflection was thoroughly and comprehensively carried out. Accordingly, the dissertation has clarified the contents that the investigator conducted when interrogating the accused during the investigation of intentional injury inflection including preparation phase; interrogation conduction phase and interrogation completion phase. The dissertation assessed the obtained results, the limitations and the lack of interrogating the accused during the investigation of intentional injury inflection conducted by Hanoi Investigative Police Agency.
4. Based on theoretical and practical research, the dissertation has provided predictions about the intentional crime of causing injuries and factors affecting the interrogation during the investigation of intentional injury inflection in Hanoi. Especially, the dissertation has developed a system of relatively comprehensive solutions to improve the effectiveness of Hanoi Investigative Police Agency’s interrogation during the investigation of intentional injury inflection and contributed to meeting the demands for struggle of intentional injury inflection in the current situation.
