1. The thesis continues to develop the theory about investigation of offences against regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare animals. This also frames the concept and characteristics of investigating offences against regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare animals under the authority of the Environmental Police force.

2. The thesis creates a survey on the current situation of investigating offences against regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare animals in the Central provinces of Vietnam. As a result, the thesis evaluates the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and points out the causes of these shortcomings.

3. The thesis makes several scientific forecasts and proposes solutions to contribute to improving the efficiency of investigation of offences against regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare animals in the Central provinces of Vietnam under the authority of the Environmental Police force.
