1. The thesis has generalized and systematized the theoretical issues of state management on drug prevention and control according to the functions of the People's Police force. It also introduces the concept, content and measures, the legal basis and coordination relationship in the state management of drug prevention and control according to the functions of the People's Police force, thereby, contributing to supplementing, developing and perfecting these theoretical issues.

2. The thesis analyzes and evaluates in a scientific and objective way the current situation and characteristics related to the state management of drug prevention and control according to the functions of the People's Police force over the past time; surveys on a geographical scale, with a wide subjects and with typical cases in a number of units and localities, thereby clarifying the actual results of state management of drug prevention and control according to the functions of the People's Police force over the past time; making comments and assessments on the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and causes of limitations and shortcomings in the state management of drug prevention and control according to the functions of the People's Police force in the past.

3.
