The thesis is a comprehensive and systemized study on Prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force. The thesis clarified the following matters:
- Overview of the research relating to the subject of the thesis; identifying new issues which the thesis needs to continue on studying, completing in terms of theory and practice of Prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force.
- Finalizing theory and practice of Prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force.
- Clarifying the situation, characteristics of traffic congestion and the status of prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force during 2008 to 2021.
- Providing a forecast on the situation of traffic congestion in Vietnam in time to come and those factors which affect the prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force; recommending a system of measures to promote the effectiveness of the prevention and resolution on road traffic congestion in accordance with function of the Traffic Police force in time to come.
