New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis studies the awareness of the drug trafficking on roadway traffic, including the following issues: concept, legal characteristics of the drug trafficking on roadway traffic based on the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code amended and supplemented in 2017.
2. The thesis systematically builds theoretical issues about the coordination between the Counter Narcotics Police force and the Traffic Police force in preventing drug trafficking on roadway traffic, such as: concept, characteristics of coordination, legal basis, principles of coordination; content of coordination and direction for this work.
3. The thesis studies in a basic and comprehensive way the actual status of the coordination between the Counter Narcotics Police force and the Traffic Police force in preventing drug trafficking on roadway traffic. In particular, the thesis clarifies the specific issues such as: situation and characteristics of drug trafficking on roadway traffic; analyze and evaluate the current situation of coordination between the Counter Narcotics Police force and the Traffic Police force in preventing drug trafficking on roadway traffic. From the survey results, the thesis evaluates the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of these limitations and shortcomings.
4. From the practical problems that have been synthesized and analyzed, the thesis proposes a system of relatively comprehensive and synchronous solutions. Each solution focuses on clarifying the content and organization of implementation. The system of solutions reflects the uniformity, feasibility, and compatibility with the reality of coordination between the Counter Narcotics Police force and the Traffic Police force in preventing drug trafficking on roadway traffic.
