New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis has systematized, analyzed to clarify the theory of interrogating the accused in investigating extremely serious cases such as murder, robbery. Specially, the thesis has outlined and clarified concept, specific characteristics of interrogation of the accused in investigating murder, robbery cases. The thesis has also analyzed and clarified the order of interrogating the accused in investigating murder, robbery cases.

2. The thesis has surveyed, evaluated the actual situation of organizing and conducting the interrogation of the accused in investigating murder, robbery cases in the recent time. Particularly, the thesis has clarified the tactics of interrogation of the accused applied in situations happening in the actual investigation of murder, robbery cases.

3. The thesis has systematized, generalized, made comments and assessments on the advantages and the achieved results in practice of interrogating the accused in investigating murder, robbery cases. The thesis has also pointed out the limitations, shortcomings as well as the causes of those limitations and shortcomings in interrogating the accused in investigating murder, robbery cases. These assessments are objective, highly generalized, making the awareness of this activity profound and practical.

4. The thesis has made forecasts that are scientific and close to trends of actions of perpetrators in murder, robbery cases and its effect on the accused interrogation. The thesis has proposed solutions to help investigators improve the efficiency of the accused interrogation in investigating murder, robbery cases. The proposed solutions which are relevant, suitable to the actual situation and highly feasible, have not been mentioned in published studies.
