The thesis clarifies the theory on fire safety inspection according to the functions of the fire police force, develops related concepts, analyzes the characteristics and role of fire safety inspection. The thesis also clarifies the principles, objects, objectives and contents of fire safety inspection; legal basis, coordination relationship in fire safety inspection according to the function of the fire police.

2. The thesis assesses comprehensively the current status of fire safety inspection according to the functions of the fire police force; identifies the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and causes of limitations and shortcomings in fire safety inspection according to the functions of the fire police.

3. The thesis predicts the factors related to fire safety inspection with scientific basis, proposes the solutions to improve the effectiveness of fire safety inspection according to the functions of the fire police force.
