New contributions of the thesis:

This is a research project that has analyzed a comprehensive, intensive and systematic issue about organizing the vocational training for offenders in prisons to prevent the recidivism after release in the field of Criminology and Crime Prevention Crime. The thesis has new scientific contributions as followed:

1. The thesis has affirmed and analyzed clearly the theoretical basis of organizing the vocational training for offenders in prisons to prevent the recidivism after release.

2. The thesis has gathered, built, supplemented and fulfilled the scientific arguments on organizing the vocational training for offenders in prisons managed by Ministry of Public Security in the aspect of the legality, expertise and organizing structure such as: the concept, characteristics, requirements, legal frameworks, and assignment of responsibilities, coordination, content, and measures as a basis for thoroughly understanding this field. 

3. To carry out a proper survey and evaluation of the current situation of organizing the vocational training for inmates in prisons in order to prevent the recidivism after their release. Find out the social, economic factors that have effect on this aspect; point out the advantages, disadvantages and reasons for these in the implementation process.

4. To deliver a forecast and build up a series of solutions that contributes to enhance the efficiency of the vocational training for inmates in prisons in order to prevent the recidivism after their release.
