1. On the basis of research, the thesis developes a systematical theory about activities of Criminal Police Force in prevention of child sexual abuse crime, including: definition, legal base, features, tasks, contents, methods, coordinative relation among Criminal Police Forces to prevent this kind of crime.

2. The thesis surveys, analyzes and evaluates the activities of Criminal Police Force in prevention of child sexual abuse crime in southwestern cities and provinces from 2006 to June 2017 in the objective and comprehensive manners. From that, the thesis withdraws some comments and assessment on strengths, weaknesses, shortcomings and their causes.

3. The thesis also gives forecasts on situations of child sexual abuse crime as well as factors affecting the activities of Criminal Police Force in prevention of this kind of crime in southwestern cities and provinces. On this basis, the thesis builds many feasible solutions aiming to increase the effectiveness of Criminal Police Force in prevention of child sexual abuse crime in the coming time.
