New contributions of the
thesis:
1. The
thesis contributes to perfectizing the theory of building, using secrect
colaborators of police force of Anti-drug Crime.
2. The
thesis elaborates and points out the basic contents of the secret collaborator
in preventing drug-related crimes; To formulate and use secret collaborators in
drug prevention of anti drug police force such as: Concept, characteristics,
position, importance, legal basis, principles and requirements for the
construction and use of secret collaborators in preventing drug-related crimes
of the anti drug crime police force.
3. The
thesis surveys and evaluates systematically and comprehensively the actual
situation of construction and use of secret collaborators in preventing
drug-related crimes by the police of drug-related crime of the provinces ,
cities in the South of Vietnam from 2007 to the end of June 2017 as well as
analyzing clearly the achievements, advantages, limitations, shortcomings and
especially the causes of shortcomings.
4. The
results of the thesis can be applied to research, teaching, material in
People’s Police school. Moreover, the results can be used to enhance the
quality of Building and using secret collaborators in drug related crime
prevention of police force of Anti-drug Crime in the southern provinces and
cities.
