1. The thesis is the first work to research, clarify reasoning system and practice about economic crime prevention activity under the function of Economic Police Force in the economy zones in the Central coastal provinces. The thesis is to set up concepts, characteristics of economic crime in economy zones and crime prevention activity under the function of Economic Police Force in the economy zones in the central coastal provinces.

2. The thesis is to clarify reality of economic crime in the economy zones in the middle coastal provinces from 2008 to 2016; show feature of the crime regarding evolutions, structure, nature, adverse consequences, personal identify, hidden level, method, criminal quackery; survey, judge organizational status and perform economic crime prevention activity under function of Economic Police Force in the economy zones in the central coastal provinces in recent years.

3. The thesis is to analyze advantages and disadvantages and reason of disadvantage in performing economic crime prevention activity under the function of Economic Police Force in the economy zones in the central coastal provinces; forecast relevant situation and propose solutions to effectively enhance crime prevention activity under the function of Economic Police Force in the economy zones in the central coastal provinces in the coming years.
