1.     The thesis supplements and completes the theory of preventing drug-related crime committed by women. Based on which, the thesis initiates some solutions of enhancing the efficiency of preventing drug-related crime committed by women under the function of the Hanoi Police forces.

2.     This thesis has studied systematically about the literature of preventing drug-related crime committed by women under the function of the People’s Police forces; clarify the concept of “drug-related crime committed by women” as well as “preventing drug-related crime committed by women”; specify the characteristics, legal basis, contents, methods and ways of coordination to prevent drug-related crime committed by women.

3.     The thesis investigates the actual situation of the drug-related crime committed by women in Hanoi, point out the causes and conditions of this crime, analyze and specify the actual situation of preventing the drug-related crime committed by women of the Hanoi Police Forces from 2008 to 2016. The researchers has given the remarks about the advantages, shortcomings, limitations and suggest some explanations of preventing the drug-related crime committed by women of the People’s Police Forces. At the same time, it also suggests necessary recommendations to complete the institution and coordination between relevant agencies in order to enhance the efficiency in preventing these types of crime in practice.
