1. The thesis studies
practice and theory about the tourism field: the concept of the tourism sector,
the characteristics of the tourism sector, the provisions of the law relating
to environmental protection in the field of tourism.
2. Base on scientifically method, the thesis
constructs systematically theory about preventing crimes and violations in the tourism field by the authority of Hai
Phong Environmental Police: Concept; Characteristics; Solution; The legal basis
for preventive action; Clarify criminological characteristics and
characteristics of environmental breaches in the tourism field; Indicates
prevention and prevention measures; The relationship between Hai Phong Environmental Police and other forces in the
prevention of environmental crimes and
violations in the tourism field; Apply preventive measures including social
prevention and prevention.
3. The thesis observes,
studies and evaluates comprehensively the practice of prevention of
environmental crimes and violations in the tourism field by the authority of Hai
Phong Environmental Police force as: Thesis detailing the situation,
characteristics of Hai Phong city; Situation and characteristics of crime and
environmental in the tourism field in the city (evolutions, dynamics,
structure, nature of environmental crime and violations in the tourism field), gives
comments; Analyzes the situation of preventive organization of Haiphong Environmental
Police (organizational structure, staff quality, preventive measures
implemented). Based on that, the thesis evaluates the achieved results,
shortcomings and causes as the basis for showing forecasts and developing the
appropriate solution system.
