New academic and theoretical contributions of the
thesis:
1. The dissertation
examines theoretical aspects of investigation activities by People's Police
Force against intentionally inflicting injury such as: definition, task and
legal basis for investigation activities by People’s Police Force against
intentionally inflicting injury; criminal characteristics and issues that need
to be proved in investigations against intentionally inflicting injury cases,
procedures to conduct investigations, coordinative relations in investigating against intentionally inflicting injury cases.
2. Base on
the research basis, the dissertation has developed systematically theoretical
issues on investigation activities by People's Police Force against
intentionally inflicting injure such as: legal signs, theory criminal
characteristics of intentionally inflicting injury; theory of investigations by
Vietnam People's Police Forces on intentionally inflicting injury; legal basis
of investigation measures, coordinative relation against intentionally
inflicting injury.
3. The dissertation
has examined basically and comprehensively the practical investigations against
intentionally inflicting injure such as: situations, results of investigations;
criminal characteristics and practical issues on conducting investigation activities;
and exploring coordinative relationship on investigation of intentionally
inflicting injury cases.
4. On the
basis of theoretical and practical exploring awareness, the dissertation has
pointed out persuasive considerations, assessments and conclusions; specifying
the difficulties and obstacles; indicating the limitations and causes;
forecasting factors that can affect to investigations against intentionally
inflecting injury in the future.
5. From collective and classified analysis on
practical investigations, the dissertation has highlighted 5 solutions. Each
solution was concentrated to clarify the content and implementation; solution
system reflects their uniformity, feasibility and consistent with the practices
of criminal investigation against intentionally inflecting injury as well as
functions and duties of People’s Police in investigating against this type of
crime.
