New contributions of the thesis:

- The results of the thesis were complemented, contributed to enrich scientific theoretical system of criminal investigation. This thesis was added and completed the agonistic of technical inspection of paper documents, this matter does not have any research investigated deeply. New additional theories on some specific areas of technical expertise for paper documents: in the indirect printing method, restore the document content in the case of the objects use quickly lose color ink pen, research identify that images have been modified compared to the original image in the real document or not on paper documents; proposed application of nanotechnology in the work of security, document security.

- The dissertation studies assessing the true state technical inspection of paper documents in the criminal investigation of criminal technique force. The dissertation clarify existing analysis, limit and the cause of them, and on that basis this thesis  proposes solutions to improve the efficiency for technical expertise of paper documents in a criminal investigation of criminal technique force in the next time.
