New contributions of the thesis:

1. For the first time the thesis studied systematically active reasoning of the People's Police (PP) in preventing crime of child rape, clarify the concept, purpose, characteristics, legal bases, contents, methods and coordinate relations of the People's Police Force in preventing crime of child rape.

2. Analyzing and specifying the characteristics of the criminology of crime of child rape in the south eastern provinces from 2007 to 2014 on the following aspects: Evolution, structure, properties; the personal characteristics of the offender and the victim; the causes and conditions of the situation of crime of child rape.

3. Survey and evaluate the operational status of the People's Police Force in preventing crime of child rape in the south eastern provinces; make comments, assess the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and the cause of the limitations, shortcomings in the process of organizing activities to prevent crimes of child rape.

4. The thesis has taken practical measures to perfect the reasoning and to further improve the operational efficiency of the People’s Police Force in preventing crime of child rape in the south eastern provinces in next time.
