- The thesis makes a contribution to fullfill, complement and develop the theory of surveillance performing by the Economic Police force, complement concepts on suspects of surveillance and activities of surveillance in banking sector. 
- The thesis petitions new contents relating to surveillance in banking sector such as: requirement, measures and process for performing serveillance and cooperation in managing suspects of the Economic Police force. 
- The thesis suggests to fullfill the lists and categories of serveillance suspects in banking sector. 
- The thesis suggests new measures to improve the effectiveness of serveillance in banking sector performed by the Economic Police force in the coming time.
