1. The thesis establishes and supplements the theory of application of information technology in the administrative management on social order of the Police force for Administrative Management on Social Order such as: concept, characteristics, contents, measures, etc.

2. The thesis analyzes, surveys and evaluates systematically and objectively the application of information technology in the administrative management on social order of the Police force for Administrative Management on Social Order 
from 2009 to June 2019 to use as the practical basis for completing the theory.

3. The thesis analyzes and points out the limitations and shortcomings in the application of information technology in the administrative management on social order of the Police force for Administrative Management on Social Order 
and clarified the causes of these limitations and shortcomings.

4. Based on the theoretical and practical issues that have been synthesized and analyzed, the thesis makes the forecasts and proposes the feasible solutions in order to improve the efficiency of the application of information technology in the administrative management on social order of the Police force for Administrative Management on Social Order in the current situation.
