New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is an in-depth study on the establishing and using of reconnaissance in prevention of crimes and violations on food safety by function of the Environmental Police force. The research results of the thesis clarify the following issues:

1. The thesis has clarified the theory on establishing and using of reconnaissance in prevention of crimes and violations of food safety by the function of the Environmental Police force according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security such as: building up concepts and pointing out characteristics of prevention of crime and violations on food safety by Environmental Police forces; establishing and operating of reconnaissance in prevention of crimes and violations on food safety by function of the Environmental Police force.

2. The thesis has surveyed, analyzed and clarified the reality of establishing and using of reconnaissance in preventing crimes and violations on food safety in the whole country in general, in key provinces and cities in particular. The thesis gives the comparison, specific assessment; comments, evaluates the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of the limitations and shortcomings in these professional activities, thereby serving as a basis for proposals and solutions.

3. The thesis provides predictions on the situation of crime and violations on food safety; advantages and difficulties affecting of establishing and using of reconnaissance in preventing crimes and violations on food safety; setting up and completing a system of solutions to improve the effectiveness of establishing and using of reconnaissance in preventing crimes and violations on food safety by function of the Environmental Police force.
