New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis has generalized, systematized theory of the special subject research of the Criminal Police in key areas with new concepts, characteristics of subject research in the key areas; content, process of professional records and coordination relations in special subject research of the Criminal Police in key areas.
2. The thesis has surveyed and evaluated the reality of the special subject research of the Criminal Police in key areas of the Northern provinces, namely the reality of conducting the individual subject research in key areas and the reality of conducting the subject research according to types in key areas; the reality of coordination relations in conducting the subject research in key areas. The thesis has given comments on the advantages, limitations and causes of these limitations in the special subject research of the Criminal Police in key areas of the Northern provinces, as a basis for putting forward solutions to improve the efficiency of this work.
3. The thesis has made scientific predictions about the situation and impact factors, proposed some solutions to improve the effectiveness of special subject research of the Criminal Police in key areas of Northern provinces in the coming time.
Research results of the thesis can be used as research and teaching materials in the police training institutes and as basis for the Criminal Police force to apply in order to improve the effectiveness of the special subject research in key areas according to their functions and missions.
