THANK YOU LETTER

Dear Lieutenant General I.A. Kalinichenko - Rector of the University of Moscow - Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation,

First of all, on behalf of the Board of Directors of People's Police Academy, I would like to send respectful greetings to Comrade Lieutenant General, Rector of the University of Moscow - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation.

During the period from October 16th to November 19th, 2015, I led a delegation of the People's Police Academy - Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to visit and work at the University of Moscow - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation. In the process of working with the functional departments, attending the scientific conference and practical visit in Moscow, the delegation always got the enthusiastic support from leaders and staffs of the functional departments.

I and the members of the delegation specially recognized and thanked the enthusiastic hospitality of the Comrade Rector, the Deputy Rector and leaders of the International Cooperation Department, the Training Department and other functional departments during a working visit in Moscow. Through the trip, the delegation has recorded and captured a lot of useful information, knowledge, experience and discussed openly and actively with the the University Management Board about the contents of cooperation between the two parties in the future.

I hope and firmly believe that, in the future, the cooperative relationship between the two agencies will increasingly be strengthened the efficiency and contributing to foster the traditional friendship between the two States, two Peoples.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of People's Police Academy of Vietnam and personal behalf, I express the heartfelt thanks to Comrade Lieutenant-General, Rector and Deputy Rectors as well as leaders, staffs of the functional departments of the University of Moscow.
