the Certificates of Merit for “Transparent, Strong and Stable” 

of the MPS for two Departments

At the conference, Senior Colonel, Asscoc.Prof.Dr Nguyen Thien Phu, Vice President of the PPA announced the reports the results of the academic year 2013 - 2014, implementing the task of the new school year 2014 - 2015. Accordingly, in the academic year 2013 - 2014, the PPA continues to define the theme "Standardization of modernization" with the motto "Actively - Discipline - Responsibility - Efficiency" and the determination to implement 4 emulations (good teaching, good education, good advising, good serving) and 3 breakthrough (breakthrough in Party building, in training teachers and in building facilities). During the academic year 2013 - 2014, the PPA was honored to receive the first-class Fatherland Defense Order, one Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister and two Certificates of Merit of the MPS. Two departments were awarded the third-class Fatherland Defense Order; three individuals were awarded the second-class Fatherland Defense Order, two individuals were awarded the title Excellent-Emulation Soldiers in the full of Public Security force; the Party Sub-Institution of Training Management Department and the Post-graduate Faculty were awarded the Certificate of Merit for “Transparent, Strong and Stable” of the MPS, 3 officers were awarded the 30-year old Party badge; 6 units and 12 individuals were awarded the Certificates of Merit of the MPS for their outstanding achievement in the movement "For national security" from 2012 to 2013; 27 units were awarded the title Cultural Units, 13 units and 73 individuals were awarded the Excellent Title, 10 individuals were honored as 10 typical face during the school year 2013-2014.

Speaking at the Conference, Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA praised the gained achievements of units as well as officers, lecturers and students in the previous school year. In the new school year (2014 - 2015), he required leaders of the functional units and officers, lecturers, students to implement thoroughly the motto: "Three Building - Five Good - Three No", namely "Building the Party; Building the Officers -Lecturers and Building Material Facilities"; "Good Management, Good Training, Good Learning, Good Advising and Good serving”, “No Violation, No Unhygienic Environment, No Tobacco"; make efforts to implement effectively the theme of the new school year "Standardization and computerization", contributing to building the Academy to become the key training institution of the MPS  in 2015 and of the Nation in 2020.

Attending and directing the Conference, Lieutenant General, Le Van De, Deputy General Director of the Building Force General Department appreciated the achievements of the PPA in the academic year 2013 - 2014, and confirmed the PPA’s orientation and motto in training in the new academic year was entirely right and suitable for the training practices and requirements of the MPS in general and the Building Force General Department in particular. He hoped that in the new academic year, the Academy will continue to bring into play the gained achievements, make efforts to improve the quality of education and training to deserve with the position as one of the leading training institutions of the Ministry of Public Security.
