Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy; members of the Directorate and leaders of the functional units, representatives of the Huynh De Phat Company which directly invested and managed the park.

The culture and sports park located inside the Academy campus, covering in the area of 3000m2. Currently, the park has been equipped three artificial-grass mini football grounds, one gymnasium and other useful services… which are very practical for the needs of the physical practice of the officers and students of the Academy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Thien Phu, Vice President of the Academy shared: In the context of the country’s economy in general and the budget for education - training of the PPA in particular are facing a lot of difficulties, the PPA had implemented many positive measures to promote internal resources, calling for cooperation to look for financial support from outside... in order to continually enhance the facilities to serve mission of the education - training of the Academy. Therefore, the cultural and sport park was considered to be the Academy’s developing strategy, which is totally suitable for the policy of education socialization of the Party, the State and the Ministry of Public Security in the current period.

After the ribbon- cutting ceremony, the representatives visited the cultural and sports park and organized the football matches between the functional units in the Academy.
