Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy, former leaders, lecturers in the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty over periods and huge number of trainees in the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police systems.

Over 20 years of construction and development, with the attention and care by the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the General Police Department for Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of PPA over periods, the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty have continuously grown in all fields, contributing significantly to the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Force’s process of construction and development.

From the first days of establishment with 6 trainers only, to date,  the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty has 18 trainers, including 02 associate professors, 05 PhD. Faculty officers, lecturers are always solidated, most are matured in teaching, scientific research, many teachers are appointed to take major responsibilities in and out of the Academy.

Over 20 years, the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty has trained 16 formal undergraduate courses, 12 inter-university courses, 14 on-job undergraduate courses opened at prisons.

In particular, to meet requirements and tasks of the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Force in the new situation, since 2015, the Faculty has organized the first training courses on criminal enforcement and justice assistance. Generations of students after graduation have performed well their duties in units and localities, many of which are holding important positions in units under the General Police Department for Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance.

Over 20 years, the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty have also focused on developing, innovating content, curriculum to meet the renovation process of education and training in line with the current criminal enforcement practice. The teaching document system serving teaching, scientific research and learning for specialized students are increasingly supplemented. Especially, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of establishment of the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty, under direction of the Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Bang - Director General of General Police Department for Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance, the Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy, officers and instructors completed Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance reference book, this is the first scientific works to give overall assessment on theories of criminal enforcement and justice assistance.

In the training process, the faculty officers and lecturers have constantly innovated teaching methods, applied scientific research achievements in education and training; applied theories in practice, organized for students to practice in and visit prisons. After graduation, students approach and complete duties successfully.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Major General, Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang recognized and appreciated the results obtained by the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty over years, while confirming 20 years accompanying the development of the People's Police Academy, the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty has gradually asserted itself, becoming one of the professional faculties with many achievements and experiences, contributing to well performing objectives of training quality human resource, meeting criminal enforcement and justice assistance requirements in the new situation; and asked the faculty leaders to constantly endeavor, strive to improve profession and innovate training methods, contributive to improving training quality in the field of criminal enforcement and justice assistance in particular and the P in general, developing the academy to become key national education unit in 2018. He emphasized: not only being trained on profession, law, teachers in the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty should foster and nurture generations of student with moral characters, love of job in the career of educating people who have made mistakes to become useful citizens for society .

On this occasion, the Criminal Enforcement and Justice Assistance Police Faculty held a scientific seminar on improving training quality of criminal enforcement and justice assistance police force in current situation. The workshop reviewed current situation of educational activities, human resource training to serve criminal enforcement and justice assistance in general, the organization of education, training for trainee specialized in criminal enforcement and justice assistance in and outside the Academy in particular, as well as evaluating the use of specialized students in the training institution, then to show advantages, restrictions, cause and propose recommendations and solutions to improve specialized student training effectiveness and to meet criminal enforcement and justice assistance requirements in the new situation .
