Attending the ceremony were Major General, Prof, Dr, Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA; Senior Lieutenant Colonel, Dr, Nguyen Dang Sau, Deputy Director of Training Department, Ministry of Public Security; representatives of the functional units of the Academy and all students attended the course.

This was a professional fostering course conducted under the Co-operation Agreement between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

During three month studying in Vietnam (from May 12th  2018 to August 12th 2018), students will study relatively comprehensive programs on transnational crime and the prevention and combat against it; the professional reconnaissances in prevention and combat against transnational crimes; international cooperation in this field  taught by experienced and highly professional lecturers of the PPA.

In addition, the PPA will provide opportunities for students to visit and practice  in some units and local forces of Public Security Forces so that students could complete the task of learning.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat –Vice President of the PPA required the students attended the course should uphold the spirit of self-discipline, well observe all rules of the Academy and classes and overcome all difficulties to complete the task of learning in order to contribute to further strengthening the friendly relations between the two ministries as well as the friendly relations between Vietnam and the Kingdom of Cambodia in the future.
