Attending the Seminar were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA; Major General Nguyen Trung Thanh, former President of the Academy; members of the PPA’s Directorate; Representatives of functional units and young lecturers of the Academy.

At the Seminar, the older generations of lecturers of the PPA exchanged and shared teaching experience as well as the love for teaching career with the younger ones to enhance moral education and increase their love, enthusiasm and passion for the Cause of education and training. On this occasion, the generations of students within the PPA expressed their feelings and deep gratitude to their teachers.

Speaking at the Seminar, Senior Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Phu, Vice President of the PPA stressed that the Academy always consider the quality of officials and lecturers as the decisive role to the quality of education, training and scientific research at the PPA; thus, in recent years, the Academy has been paying particular attention to training and improving the quality of officials and lecturers, especially the younger ones. He also emphasized that the current great development of the Academy would thanks to the staffs of lecturers who were knowledge and wisdom, especially morality and love for the teaching career.

The results of this Seminar were not only the chance for lecturers who were rich in experiences to share their feelings but also for the younger lecturers to show their profound gratefulness towards the preceding generations of lecturers. The valuable exchange of the older lecturers will certainly strengthen for the younger lecturers in teaching career so as to contribute to building the increasingly formal, elite, gradually modernized Public Security Force.
