Responding to the "Students Doing Scientific Research" movement of the Academy, in academic year 2014-2015, there were 186 works with 605 participants. About the final result, there were 154 over 186 sicentifie research  works with 504 students having won the grant Academy. Among of them, there were 13 First prizes, 60 Second prizes and 81 Third prizes. The PPA also chose three works joining in the "Young Vietnamese Science Talent" contest held by Ministry of Education and Training.

 “Students Doing Scientific Research” movement is particularly meaningful activity to be held annually which draws attention to the majority of the PPA’s students. This activity not only reflects the perceiving knowledge process of students, but also helps them to consolidate and expand the professional knowledge they have learned. Besides, it practices students’ independent research thinking, creativity, formatting the qualities and behaviors of real Public Security scientists in the future.
