On February 28th, 2017, the Department of Student
Management and the Youth Union jointly organized a Ceremony to launch the
Campaign “Building the People's Public Security style “Bravery, humanity, for
the people to serve”” and the Youth Month 2017 for students. This is one of
many activities of the PPA Youth Union to mark the 86th anniversary of
foundation of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and to celebrate the 17thCommunist
Youth Union Congress of PPA.

With more than 6,000 members, the PPA Youth Union has always promoted dynamism, creativity and initiative, made effort in learning, actively participated in volunteer activities for community, contributing to the development of PPA with a historical depth of nearly 50 years of formation.

On November 25th, 2016, the PPA held a
voluntary blood donation festival with the support of the Central Institute of
Hematology and Blood Transfusion and Hospital 198 - Ministry of Public
Security.

On November 7th 2016, PPA held a ceremony to commend and
reward students winning the "Scientific research students"
competition in 2015-2016 academic year held by PPA and the "Writing
scientific topics of students' competition launched by the Ministry of Public Security.

With the desire to become the female People's Police officer
to serve the country, the people, Nguyen Thi Ngoc - former Bac Giang high
school girl selected PPA for breeding her dreams. With a strong will and high determination,
Ngoc excellently became section D 2016 valedictorian of PPA.

In the lively
atmosphere of celebrating Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20-11, with consent of PPA
Board of Directors, on November 3rd, 2016, the Faculty of Foreign Languages
held a ceremony to launch the Chinese club and welcome new Chinese
specialized students of D42 course with the theme “youth and dreams”.

When it comes to English, it is supposed
that English is a global language for the reason that it is: the official
language of over 53 countries and territories; the official language of the EU as
well as the 3rd widest language being used over the world just after
Chinese and Spanish.

On October 12th 2016, PPA held a cultural
exchange program "Proud of green uniform" to welcome the D42 course
freshmen, Criminal Justice Course 3 and summarize the peak emulation session to
celebrate 71 years of traditional day of the people’s police force and the new
school year 2016 - 2017.

Implementing the working program of school
year 2016 - 2017; under the consent of leaders of Ministry of Public Security,
the support of the authority, police force and people of the locality, from August
26th toSeptember 18th, 2016, 1,381 students of courses
D41, D28 Laos and K2 ofCriminal Justice implemented the political - social
practice in Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, where was rich revolutionary
tradition, the birthplace of Great President Ho Chi Minh (National Liberation Hero
- World Cultural Celebrity - Founder and trainer of Vietnam people's armed forces).

To celebrate the 126th
birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19th, 1890 - May 19th,
2016), on May 19th, 2016, at Chu Van An Temple (Chi Linh district,
Hai Duong province), the lecturers and students of Department of Anti-hi-tech Crime Police thurified
to Teacher Chu Van An, presented gifts to the poor students overcoming
difficulties and supported for the Education Promotion Fund of primary school, secondary
school at Van An ward.

On
the occasion of the 48th anniversary of establishment of the PPA (May
15th,1968 - May 15th, 2016), in the evening of May 15th,
2016, the PPA solemnly held the Anniversary Ceremony and Beauty Contest “Charming
of Criminal Justice 2016”.

With a view to celebrating Liberation
of South Vietnam (April 30th), International Workers’ Day (May 1st) and 48
years of establishment of the PPA (May 15th, 1968 - May 15th, 2016 ), on April
28th, 2016, the PPA in collaboration with Hanoi Metropolitan University
organized the sporting and cultural exchange program. This event welcomed
astonishing performances and massive support from the students, especially
those from Hanoi Metropolitan University.

According to the education program as
well as the Plan of the PPA’s Board of Directors, students of Specialty of Foreign Languages class
B10D39 took an internship course in Hoi An from December 7th,
2015 to January 31st, 2016. For more than two years of living and
studying in the PPA, I have gained considerable precious theoretical knowledge
in foreign languages (especially English) and professional tasks of the Public
Security forces.

In the lively atmosphere of the Youth Month in the whole the
country, in the morning of 25th March, 2016, the PPA held the meeting
to celebrate the 85 anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh
Communist Youth Union (26/3/1931 - 26/3/2016).

To welcome to the success of the 12nd Party Congress,
celebrate the 85th anniversary of establishment of Ho Chi Minh
Communist Youth Union (26/03/1931 – 26/03/2016) and the 60th
anniversary of Traditional Day of Youth Union of the Ministry of Public
Security (1956-2016), on 14th March, 2016, the MPS’s Youth Union in
cooperation with other functional units celebrated "4th Festival of Youth People's Public Security Martial
Art in northern region in 2016" at the C500 Stadium in the People's
Security Academy.
