Implementing Decision
No.530/QD-BCA-V12 dated 05/6/2015 of the Ministry of Public Security, from 8th
-19th June, 2015, the delegation of PPA led by Lieutenant Colonel Ta
Ngoc Vang - Deputy Head of Student Management Department successfully completed
the short-term training course at the Royal Thai Police Academy. Participating
the delegation were also officers of the Office of PPA, International
Cooperation Department, Faculty of Armed Police and 11 participants of the PPA.

On the occasion of 125th anniversary of the birth of
President Ho Chi Minh (May 19th, 1890 - May 19th, 2015),
70th traditional day of the Public Security Force (August 19th,
1945 - August 19th, 2015) and welcome to the 16th Party
Congress of the PPA, on May 12th, 2015, the PPA held the exchange program
with the leaders and officers of Public Security Department of Son La province
about the practical experience on fighting drug related crimes.

On April 21st, 2015,
under the consent of the Party Committee and Directorate of the PPA, Department
of Student Management organized the 4th Contest Final of Excellent
Class Management in school year 2014 - 2015.

For
students, the learning and knowledge improvement should always be prioritized
and placed on top. However, besides studying well, participation in the Youth
Union’ activities also plays an important role during the time in the universities.
Nowadays, universities and colleges of the whole country often hold a lot of
extracurricular and social activities to create a favorable environment for students to learn and improve their
experience, life skills as well as soft ones. Students can reap numerous
substantial benefits from joining in these activities like this and creating

In the lively
competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Southern Liberation
and National Reunification, 70 years of Traditional Day of Public Security Force,
47 years of PPA’s establishment, on April 17th, 2015 Faculty of
Mobile Armed Police formally organized the Exchange on traditional education
and career orientation for their students.

In the morning of April 8th, 2015,
the PPA officially hosted the group-level round of the 1st National
Olympic Contest on Marx-Lenin and Ho Chi Minh ideology science subjects with
the theme “Light for revelation”.

On March
29th, the Youth Union Branches of the Faculty of Political Theories and 40 students
of the PPA organized the voluntary trip for the children of ethnic minorities
in mountainous area of Lang Chanh district (Thanh Hoa province).

Within the frame of activities to
celebrate the 84th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union,
on 30th March, 2015, the Youth Union of the PPA opened the 3rd Flash-mob
competition: “Flash-mob with me” with a view to creating the sound play-field
as well as the opportunity for students to make friends and exchange.

Responding to
the voluntary program "Sharing blood, Giving hope" and celebrating
the 47-year anniversary of the establishment of the PPA (May 15th, 1968
- 2015), on April 3rd, 2015, the PPA students enthusiastically jointed the blood donation festival “Sentimental blood for beloved
comrades.”

With the consent of the leaders of General
Political Department - Ministry of Public Security, on March 25th,
2015, the PPA in collaboration with the People’s Public Security Publisher held
the Reading Festival 2015 and the exchange among the famous speakers, writers and
the officers, lecturers and students of the PPA on the occasion of 84th
anniversary of the foundation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, 40th
anniversary of Southern Liberation and 70th traditional anniversary of Public
Security force of Vietnam.

As usual, when the old year comes to an end and the New Year
unfolds, it is time for people to be reunited with families and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
To the PPA’s overseas students in
Russia, in spite of being far away from homelands and relatives, welcoming to the
New Year together with their comrades also brought them the feeling of happiness
as well as cheerfulness.

Responding to
the activities in “The Youth month” mobilized by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth
Union and being accepted by the Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA
together with the Executive Committee of the Academy’s Youth Union, on March 8th,
2015, the PPA’s students took part in the Red Spring Festival at My Dinh
National Stadium - Ha Noi Capital.

On the occasion of lunar new year 2015 and according to the plan of
Youth Month, on March 5th, the PPA’s Youth Union combining with Center
for Scientific Information and Academic Materials organized the cultural
activities and launched the reading festival to celebrate 70th traditional
day of Vietnamese Public Security force.

respond to the campaign titled “Winter volunteer” launched by the Ho Chi Minh
Communist Youth Union and under the permission of the Party Committee and
Directorate of the PPA, on 31st January, 2015, the Youth Union of the PPA cooperated
with its counterparts in districts in Ha Noi Capital and Phu Tho province organized
the voluntary activities in Tinh Nhue commune, Thanh Son district, Phu Tho
province.

Festival, the shortage of blood has become an obsession of patients. On the occasion
of early spring, every police officer not only plays a role in maintaining the
security but also becomes the holders of the reunion joy as well as the life of
many patients.
