To celebrate the
success of the 12nd Party Congress as well as 85th
anniversary of establishment of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
(16/3/1931-26/3/2016), on March 17th 2016, the PPA’s Radio – Internal Magazine Club held a exchange
program to celebrate 10th anniversary of establishment.

On 16th March, 2016,
the PPA in collaboration with the Uong Bi Municipal Public Security, the Thuong
Yen Cong Commune People's Committee, the Tung Lam Developing Joint Stock
Company, the Management Board of Yen Tu Relic and National Forest, the Armed
Company 6 – Information Brigade 26 organized the Closing Ceremony of socio-political
practice of 1st course students of Criminal Justice speciality and
cultural exchange program to celebrate the 85th anniversary of establishment
of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union .

As a part of the socio-political practice
program of students of the 1st course on criminal justice, on March 14th, 2016,
the Faculty of Law in collaboration with the functional departments within the PPA
organized the legal propaganda on drug and traffic order and safety at Ly Tu
Trong school, Yen Thuong Cong Commune, Uong Bi, Quang Ninh.

In the jubilant
atmosphere of spring - the season of youthful enthusiasm, the youth generations
of the PPA are always aware of their roles and responsibilities. The PPA’s youth
accomplish all assigned tasks and are willing to devote their youth to the Cause
of defense for the peace of people’s lives, which contribute to enrich glorious
heroic traditions of the Academy.

With youthful enthusiasm, in the early days of the New Year, on February 18th, 2016, more than 140 PPA's students have participated in the "9th Pink Spring Festival".

In the morning of February 26th, 2016, the
PPA’s Party Committee, Directorate Board and the Youth Unions held cultural
activities responding to the “Planting
tree Festival” and celebrated the New Year Binh Than 2016, a prelude to
the series of activities initiated by the Youth Unions in 2016.

In the evening of the 7th February,
2016 (29th day of 12th lunar month), the preparation for welcoming the Lunar
New Year's Eve was implemented everywhere with the bustling, rush atmosphere to
serve for the program "Welcome Spring Binh Than 2016" at the PPA.

Implementing the working program of the 2015-2016 school
year, celebrating the new year 2016, the Student Management Department in
coordination with the Managing Board of the course D40 held the charitable
programs, sport and cultural exchange for the students being on duty at the PPA
in the Tet holiday in order to create a
New Year joyful, health and safe.

When being alive, President Ho Chi Minh particularly
took interest in the cause of education
and training, especially training the staff of teachers and education managers.
He said: “The task of education is important and glorious. If there are no
teachers, the education can’t develop; without the education and training officers,
it can’t mention to the economy – culture.”

Responding to the
youth program during the school year 2015-2016 of the PPA and toward welcoming the
New Spring 2016, the apprentice students of the English language Specialty of
the two courses D38 and D39 in cooperation with the Youth Union of the Hoi An City
Public Security Department organized the voluntary program “Beloved Spring"
in Cam Kim, Hoi An, Quang Nam Province.

On January 8th, 2016, at the Public
Security Sport Center, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, the Youth Union of Political
General Department of Public Security organized the 2nd blood donation
campaigns 2016 with the theme "Sentimental blood for beloved comrades"
and it was opened the flashmode dance festival by the students of public
security training institutions.

To
make practical achievement to celebrate 66 years of traditional day of
Vietnamese Students (09/01/1950 - 09/01/2016), on December 25th,
2015, at the Cultural University I, there was a cultural exchange program to
celebrate 66 years of the traditional day of Vietnamese Students (01/09/1950 -
09/01/2016).

On December 15th, 2015, at the Vietnam
National University, there was the final contest of "National English
Olympiad for non-major students in 2015". Winning 80 teams around the country, the PPA
together with 6 representatives attended the final contest, including the University
of Foreign Languages – Da Nang University; the Thang Long University; the International
Faculty - Vietnam National University, Ha Noi; the University of Economics and
Law – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh; the University Transport and
Communication.

On December 13th,2015, at the
Meeting-Hall of the People's Committee of Co Nhue ward, the Youth Union of Co
Nhue ward together with PPA, the University of Mining and Geology organized the
"Blood Donation Program" attracting the participation of a large
number of the youth union members and people
living and working in Co Nhue ward.
