New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis has introduced a theoretical system on crime prevention and law violations in aquaculture operations according to the function of the Environmental Police force, including: concept, characteristics of crime, law violations in aquaculture operations; concepts, characteristics, contents, measures and coordination relationship in preventing crimes and law violations in aquaculture operations.

2. On the basis of survey and assessment of the current situation of crime and law violations prevention in aquaculture operations by the function of the Environmental Police force, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages, the limitations, shortcomings as well as indicate the causes of these limitations and shortcomings in these activities.

3. The thesis also indicates the forecasts about relevant situation and factors which are going to affect the prevention of crime and law violations in aquaculture operations by the function of the Environmental Police force in the coming time. Basing on these issues, all effective solutions would be showed to improve the effectiveness of crime prevention and law violation in aquaculture operations according to the function of the Environmental Police force.
