1. The thesis has systematically analyzed and clarified the perception of the theory of investigating the case of intentional injury caused by people under 18 years old. In particular, the thesis has generalized and clarified the concept of crime, the concept of the case, the concept of investigating the case of intentional injury caused by people under 18 years old, the contents that need to be clarified and the specific characteristics of investigating cases of intentional injury caused by persons under the age of 18. Additionally, the thesis has analyzed and clarified the order of conducting the investigation of the case of intentional injury caused by people under the age of 18.
2. The thesis has surveyed, assessed the actual situation of organization and conducted investigation of the case of intentional injury caused by people under 18 years old. In particular, the thesis has clarified the tactical measures applied in the investigation of the case of intentional injury caused by people under the age of 18 by the case study method combined with the sociological investigation method.
