New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is a systematic and comprehensive research on the diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force with the following new contributions:

1. The thesis synthesizes, supplements and contributes to perfecting the theoretical system of diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force such as: concept, characteristics, political and legal basis, basic principles, content and forms of diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force.  

2. The thesis analyzes and clarifies the situation relating to and impacting on the using of diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force. It also surveys and evaluates the situation of force organization and the method of using diplomatic measures in the fight against crime of the People’s Police force from 2012 to 2022; confirms the achieved results, points out the limitations, shortcomings and causes of the limitations and shortcomings in the process of using diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force.  

3. The thesis forecasts the factors affecting the crime situation and the use of diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force. From that, it proposes 07 solutions to improve the effectiveness of the use of diplomatic measures in the crime prevention and suppression of the People’s Police force in the coming time./.
