1. The thesis provides a number of theoretical issues about preventing illegal transport and deal in narcotic substances into prisons under function of Police for narcotic crime investigation such as: Concepts, characteristics and legal framework.  At the same time, the thesis also points out the content and specific preventive measures for these types of crime.

2. The thesis examines, analyzes and points out the criminal characteristics of illegal transport and deal in narcotic substances into prisons in Northern provinces such as: Crime situation, personal characteristics of the offenders; methods and tricks of criminals; causes and conditions.

3. The thesis evaluates objectively the activities of preventing illegal transport and deal in narcotic substances into prisons in Northern provinces under function of Police for narcotic crime investigation, commenting and evaluating the achieved results, limitations and shortcomings as well as the cause of the limitations and shortcomings.

4.
