The thesis is a systematic and comprehensive study of the prevention of invasive crime under the age of 16 according to the functions of the Criminal Police Force with the following new points:
1. The thesis has sytematized and analyzed to clarify further the theoretical issues related to the invasive crime under 16 years old such as definitions and legal characteristics of under 16- age invader, and theories in terms of prevention activities against invasive crimes under 16 in compliance with the functions of the Criminal Police Force, including: definitions, legal basis, characteristics, contents, and countermeasures and coordinated relations against upon person under 16-years-old 
  2. To survey and draw up scientific conclusions on the actual state of U16 invaded ; as well as the reality of the prevention of invasive crimers who are under 16 years olds complied with the function of the Criminal Police, highlight the advantages and disadvantages of prevention activities against intrusive criminal under 16 years of age. 
  3. On the theoretical basis and reality of activities to prevent the crime of invader committed by under-16 people under the function of the Criminal Police, which have been studied and analyzed, the thesis contributes scientific predictions on the issue of research and proposes 8 solutions to improve the effectiveness of countermeasure actions in the coming time.
