New contributions of the thesis:

The thesis is a systematical comprehensive scientific research on the activities of Criminal police force in crimail profiling with the following new features:

1. The thesis builds the theoretical systems of criminal profiling of the Criminal police force. In particular, the thesis clarifies, analyzes the content of prevention activities and systems of measures to improve criminal profiling.

2. The thesis surveys data on the objects of criminal profiling: the happened events and the things relate to crime; focusing routes and areas; class and type of ofenders; the business relates to social order and scurity; the relationship between the criminal police force and other forces in Criminal profiling.

3. The thesis surveys and evaluates the measures of social precaution, professional prevention of the Criminal police force for criminal profiling on some main areas. Based on clarifing results of these measures, the thesis provides systematically the good results that should be promoted, the limitations that should be overcomed and its causes in the organization and prevention activities of the Criminal police force.

4. The thesis builds some issues when conducting study on the object of criminal profiling conducted by criminal police force. The author proposes some solutions to contribute to improving the work effectiveness of the criminal police force in the coming period.
