Implementing the Cooperation Agreement on Training between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia, in 2013, the PPA has assigned to open professional training courses for officials of Interior Ministry of Cambodia, including the professional training course on combating economic crimes.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy highly appreciated and praised the efforts of the Cambodian students; thanked the lecturers as well as the functional units for their teaching enthusiasm and the conscientious assistance during the course; he also wished the friendship and effective cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia would increasingly develop.
