On the
occasion of the 39th Anniversary of the National Day of Lao PDR, on December 2nd,
2014, the Board of Directorates and officers,
teachers and students of the PPA visited and presented the flowers to
congratulate the Lao students who are studying at the PPA.
On behalf
of the Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA, Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr.
Tran Minh Chat, Vice President sent his congratulations to the Laos trainees
at the PPA to celebrate 39-years of the National Day of Lao PDR. He also praised
that the Laos
trainees at the PPA always made efforts in learning; tried to overcome the
difficulty, especially in the language to gain the best results in studying and
practicing and hoped that after graduating at the PPA, the Lao trainees would
apply the learnt knowledge to complete effectively the assigned task of
protecting security and order.
