Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA, representatives of Department of Training, International Cooperation Department within the MPS, leaders of the functional units and the students of the Academy attended the event.

The anniversary took place in the lively atmosphere with the traditional songs and dance and filled with the flowers and the best wishes for the Cambodian students who are studying at the PPA.

On behalf of the Party Committee, Board of Directors of the PPA, Colonel Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA presented the flowers and congratulated the Cambodian students for their studying results as well as sent his best wish to the traditional friendly relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia. He reiterated in recent years, the comprehensive cooperative relationship between the MPS of Vietnam and the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia continued to develop positively in all fields; especially the more in-depth cooperation in the field of education and training achieved more important results. Under the direction of the MPS, the PPA would continue to coordinate with the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia to renew the contents and programs of cooperation in training as well as support for the Cambodian partner to improve the quality of key officers in the cause of protecting the national security, social order and safety and the fight against crime in the region and in the world.
