The training course took place from May 15th - 26th, 2017. Under the guidance of Mrs. Jennifer Kagawa - English language expert and the qualified lecturers from the Department of Foreign Languages - PPA, 49 trainees improved the vocabulary of ESP, developed the listening and speaking skills on subjects related to the work of the traffic police force. Training materials were compiled and edited in accordance with the actual work of traffic police officers of Thua Thien Hue province.

At the end of the training course, Captain Tran Ha Quy Nhan, a trainee of the course, stated: “Through the training course, Thua Thien Hue police officers are able to confidently direct the road, instruct the vehicle registration procedures, handle, inform the error and guild the Road Traffic Law of Vietnam in cases of violations by foreigners. Hopefully, in the coming time, the PPA will organize more training courses for the traffic police officers of Thua Thien Hue to improve their knowledge and to become the friendly tour guides for the tourists and foreigners living and working in Vietnam”.
