Two Korean students receives PPA’s graduated certificate
Colonel, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, the Vice President of PPA give certificate on finishing the course for two Korean students

According to the Memorandum of Cooperation between the PPA and Korea National Police University, on 20th February, 2013, the PPA officially welcomed two second-year students namely Jaeheon Kim and Seongyoung Kang to study at department of Anti-Drug Related Crime Investigation. During 4 months, two students studied basic professional knowledge on anti-drug related crime investigation in Viet Nam, updated new knowledge which had been collected from emerging issues through Vietnamese experiences, which help them to compare with and apply in the real situation in their country. Closing the course, Jaeheon Kim and Seongyoung Kang received their Certificate on finishing the number of subjects like training programs in the Korea National Police University.


Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA appreciated two Korean students’ efforts to overcome difficulties, try their best in studying at the PPA. He expected that with knowledge learned from the PPA would contribute to preventing drug-related crime in Korea in particular and in the world in general. He also hoped that the course’s success will set the foudation for the next exchanges between two countries.
