Participants of the training included leaders of functional units of the Academy, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and all officers and member of trade union in the Academy.

This is one of many practical activities to celebrate the Worker’s Month 2018.

With clips, photos, stories, specific situations, Dr. Le Thang has equipped the participants with training methods, working style, communication skills and problem solving in professional work by scientific methods.

Through the training, the trainees have been able to gain practical knowledge in order to effectively apply and perform professional work in the school.
