New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis is the first work to study theory and clarify the practical activities of economic crime prevention in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works according to the function of the Economic Police of Red River Delta provinces in a comprehensive, systematic and intensive manner. The thesis has established the concept, characteristics, legal basis, subject, contents, measures and coordination relationships in preventing economic crimes in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works according to the function of the Economic Police. This is the knowledge that contributes to supplement and improve the theoretical system of crime prevention in general and economic crime in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works in particular.

2. The thesis analyzes and specifies the criminological characteristics, modes operandis and tricks of economic related crimes in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works as a basis for the study of the situation of this crime prevention, crime forcasting as well as proposes appropriate solutions.

3. The thesis presents, analyzes, assesses and sums up the practical work of economic crime prevention in road traffic compensation for the construction of road traffic works in the Red River provinces from 2008 to the end of 2017. Thereby, to find out the limitations, shortcomings and causes of its limitations in the process of organizing and implementing the prevention of economic crime in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works in the territory of the Red River provinces.

4. On the basis of theoretical awareness and survey of the economic crime prevention work in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works in the Red River provinces, the thesis has scientifically forecasted the issue of research and proposed a suitable and feasible system of solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of economic crime prevention in compensation for ground clearance for construction of road traffic works in area of the Red River provinces.
