New contributions of the thesis:

1. In term of theoretical: Initially, the thesis develops theories of investigating robbery cases and theories of prosecuted cases in the investigation of property robbery cases. Remarkably, on the basis of theoretical and practical research, the thesis has developed the theories of the process of organizing and making the prosecuted investigation in the investigation of property robbery cases through three stages: Determination, implementation and completion of the case.

2. In terms of practical aspects: The thesis has clarified the situation and characteristics relating to the prosecuted investigation in property robbery cases in the southern provinces and cities of the Criminal Police; the status of the organization and conduct of the investigation of property robbery cases in the southern provinces and cities. On the basis of the results of the survey, the thesis has provided general comments and assessments on the advantages, limitations and causes of restrictions for overcoming.

3. The thesis has predicted the factors influencing the investigation of property robbery cases, in order to propose practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of the property robbery cases in the southern provinces and cities in the coming time.
