The new contribution about academic and theory of the PhD thesis.

- The thesis survey and analyze on focus of  some typical domestic and foreign projects that related to the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation. Accordingly, the thesis has identified the issues that need to continue research and solve in the thesis.

- The thesis analyzed clearly the theoretical issues of the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation: the concept, features, role, legal basis, contents, measures and coordinative relationships in the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation.

- The thesis survey and explore the situation of the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation from 2008 to June 2017. The thesis also draw comments and evaluate the achieved results with limitations, shortcomings and the causes of limitations and shortcomings on the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation

- Forecasting the basis of  the affected factors on the forensic police operations in the process of traffic road accident investigation. From that, the thesis developed synchronous feasible and practical solutions system.
