At the conference, Mr. Vu Van Ninh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the PPA informed plan of implementing the Emulation Movement “Good teaching, good study and good practice” for the Union Youth members of the Academy. According to the plan, the aims of the Emulation Movement “good teaching, good study and good practice” are to improve the quality of teaching, advisory and serving work of the young lecturers and officials in the Academy; promote movement of good learning and good practice of the Youth Union members to increase the training quality of the Academy. The Movement will be concretized through three activities; namely: establishing Specialized Study Clubs, consolidating and maintaining effectively activities of the Young Lecturer Club and organizing contest “Good Young Advisor”.

Speaking at the Conference, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA praised the Youth Union of the Academy for launching the Emulation Movement “Good teaching, good study and good practice” for the Youth Union members of the PPA and required the Youth Union to implement quickly the activities according to the plan. He also expected that the movements of the Youth Union would be associated with the professional and political tasks of the Academy; and hope that the Executive Committee of the Youth Union would implement this Emulaion Movement effectively to celebrate the 46^th Anniversary of Foundation of the PPA (May 15^th, 1968 - May 15^th, 2014) and the Closing Ceremony of school year 2013 - 2014.
